High Ropes Course
A two tier course with 25 elements awaits you. Expanded yearly to ensure your returning experience will be as unique and exciting as the first.

Team Building Course/Low ropes
Navigate over a cable, assist your team in crossing the alligator infested swamp...
These are just a few of the challenges that you and your group will encounter on the Low Ropes course. With a newly expanding pool of scenarios you will be challenged to trust, communicate, and work together in ways you never thought possible.

The Rock Climbing Center
The 40 foot tower is challenge to people of all ages and climbing experience. Featuring three  sides of climbing and also a rappelling wall. Our unique belaying techniques will ensure your whole group involvement in every climb.

The hallmark of the ACE program is to creat a fun and safe enviornment where both group and personal growth can take place.

In an environment that emphasizes adventure, risk taking and challenge, your group will be guided through a series of activities by a trained facilitator, all customized to meet your goals. Your group will grow through this interaction and the discussion following each experience.

means Opportunity to Try Something New. Are you interested in developing great teamwork, trust, communication, respect and group problem solving skills? The Bair Lake ACE course was made for you.

CHALLENGE
means Opportunity to Grow. Learning takes place through a variety of activities that are designed to encourage cooperation. These activities provide experiences that contain present and future benefits for individuals and groups. Partcipants are encouraged to take lessons learned from their adventure experience and transfer them to other areas of their lives.

EDUCATION
means Opporunity to Learn. Personal and group growth will take palce on the ACE course. You will be guided by a trained, skilled and certified facilitator through a challenge course specially adapted to meet the needs and goals of your group.

Program Options

One Day 9AM arrival with two 3 hour blocks of activity. Delicious lunch included.

Two or three day Maximize your experience with an overnight stay at Bair Lake.
